You can customize opt-out settings per campaign and localize unsubscribe keywords. Refer to [Centralized SMS Unsubscription Management](/v1/docs/unsubscription-methods-2) for further information. With the SMS Unsubscription via your Domain method, you can easily redirect users to your website and collect unsubscribe requests through a customizable pop-up. This way, you avoid any extra costs for a dedicated unsubscribe number while still providing a user-friendly opt-out experience. To use this method, 1. To create a new unsubscribe method, click the **+Create Unsubscribe Method** button. Type a name for the unsubscribe method and select "Link" as your Unsubscribe Method type. To design your unsubscribe page, click the **Edit** button under the Unsubscribe Page Design field. Once you are done, click the **Create** button. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c6df4583-da94-4cb2-bb8a-be0cbdd11109/Images/Documentation/image-1753105028657.png) When you change the default unsubscribe method, it will automatically be updated across all existing journeys in [Architect](/v1/docs/architect-sms), regardless of their status. This means changing the default unsubscription method will also update all SMS elements using the current default across active journeys. Please proceed with caution, as this may affect ongoing communications. ## Landing Page After you click the **Edit** button, you will land on the Landing Page. On this page, you can: - Upload a custom image or disable it. - Use emojis in the header and the body. - Change the colors of the button and button text to design the unsubscription. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c6df4583-da94-4cb2-bb8a-be0cbdd11109/Images/Documentation/image-1753106979350.png) ## Confirmation Page After the user clicks the button, they will be directed to the Confirmation Page you designed under the Confirmation Page. You can: - Upload a custom image or disable it. - Use emojis in the header and the body. - Change the colors of the button and button text to design the unsubscription. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/c6df4583-da94-4cb2-bb8a-be0cbdd11109/Images/Documentation/image-1753107333302.png) Once you complete the configurations, click the **Save and Complete** button. After you finish the design, do not forget to generate your panel to generate the pop-up on your website. The Unsubscribe Sentence is added to the message by default.
