# UAE SMS Guideline

You can refer to the UAE SMS guidelines, which will help during onboarding.

## Promotional Routes

| Dynamic Alphanumeric Sender ID | - Between 3 - 11 characters. - Must be related to the brand name. - Marketing SIDs are currently not allowed. - 10 MPS is the default | - Unsubscribe with External/Internal Link - Shortcode (for Du & Etisalat) - The SMS must include an opt-out method. |
