The About to Sleep segment targets customers at high risk of becoming inactive—best approached with discounts and win-back strategies.

## Use Cases

#### Reactivation Discounts

Offer special discount coupons to re-engage these customers.

#### Automated Win-Back Journeys

Use [Architect](/v1/docs/introduction-to-architect) to create multi-channel reactivation campaigns on reachable channels (e.g., Email, Web Push, SMS).
