# On-Site Integration for Journeys

To use the on-site channel in your journeys:

- You need to activate the respective product for your account. If it is not available in Architect, you can consult the Insider One team.
- You need to have the [Insider Tag](https://academy.useinsider.com/docs/integration-guides-web-insider-tag-integration) implemented on your website.
