# MindBehind Flow: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your MindBehind Flow account by requiring both your **password** and a **verification code** during login. This ensures that only authorized users can access your workspace, even if login credentials are compromised.

In this guide, you will get answers to these questions:

- [How can I sign up before enabling 2FA?](/v1/docs/mindbehind-flow-two-factor-authentication-2fa-academ-doc#sign-up-before-enabling-2fa)
- [How can I enable 2FA for my account?](/v1/docs/mindbehind-flow-two-factor-authentication-2fa-academ-doc#enable-2fa-for-your-account)
- [How can I log in subsequently with 2FA?](/v1/docs/mindbehind-flow-two-factor-authentication-2fa-academ-doc#subsequent-logins)
- [How can I reset 2FA?](/v1/docs/mindbehind-flow-two-factor-authentication-2fa-academ-doc#reset-twofactor-authentication-2fa)
- [How can I check the 2FA status of users?](/v1/docs/mindbehind-flow-two-factor-authentication-2fa-academ-doc#check-the-2fa-status-of-users)

## Sign up before enabling 2FA

To sign up for the MindBehind Flow, follow the steps below:

1. The Company Admin must send an invitation to new users. Following the invitation, you will receive an invitation email as shown below. Click the **Accept This Invitation** button.
