# MindBehind Flow: IP Allowlist

IP Allowlist is a security layer that blocks access to the panel and integrated services from all IP addresses except those you have designated. This ensures that operations are only performed from networks you trust.

To activate and start using the IP Allowlist in MindBehind Flow,

1. Log in to your MindBehind Flow account.
2. Navigate to the **Company Profile** tab.

1. On the Company Profile page, you will find the **IP Allowlisting** table.
2. To create a new list, click the **Add IP Addresses** button (top right of the table).

3. Enter the IP addresses you want to authorize and give the group a descriptive IP Group Name.

> You can add up to 10 IP addresses per group

1. To prevent losing access to your account, click **Add my IP address** and add your current IP address.

> [!NOTE]
> You cannot complete the setup without including your current IP.

1. Click **Add** to save your changes.

> [!NOTE]
> You can create new groups, edit, or delete them at any time.

> [!WARNING]
> - Once activated, only users connecting from allowed IP addresses will be able to log in to the panel.
> - The restriction applies to both:
>   - The panel interface, and
>   - All integrations using MindBehind Flow services (e.g., APIs).
