# FAQ about Technical Requirements

## Do you have your own NLP engine?

MindBehind supports Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Microsoft LUIS, Microsoft CLU, and OpenAI ChatGPT. It provides advanced tools to make these NLP engines easy to integrate into conversations that you are building for your business.

## How to Fix HTML CharSet?

When you encounter a problem with the appearance of your assistant's widget, to check if you are receiving any errors, click on the **right click**, select **Inspect,** and go to the **Console** tab.

If the error is "Range out of order in character class at new RegExp," like the one below, it causes that charset to be missing or corrupted. As a solution, you can add the following command to the head tag of your script:
