# Kenya SMS Guideline

## Promotional Routes

Below, you can see the guidelines for promotional routes:

| Available Sender IDs | Opt-out Options for Sender IDs |

| Alphanumeric Sender ID - Between 3 - 11 characters. - Must have at least one letter. - A - Z, a - z, 0 - 9, hyphen, and underscore | - Unsubscribe with External/Internal Link - Reply with Keyword |
