# Developer Guide

The Developer Guide covers everything you need to integrate your platform with Insider One. It is organized around the four main areas of technical work:

- **Data and identity:** Send user attributes, events, and product data through the Web SDK, Mobile SDKs, or the Upsert API so Insider One can build unified user profiles and power personalization across channels.
- **Channel setup:** Configure Email, SMS, Web Push, WhatsApp, Mobile App Push, and Facebook for campaign delivery, including token handling, opt-in flows, and SDK-level push notification integration.
- **Product discovery:** Integrate Smart Recommender and Eureka Search for onsite recommendation and search experiences, including catalog ingestion, event collection, and API-level customization.
- **Platform fundamentals:** Authentication, data collection concepts, system rules, Insider Tag integration, and the API reference for server-side operations.
