# Check the Web Push URL

If you don't receive Web Push notifications, after checking your operating system and browser settings, confirm that you have enabled opt-in settings. Then continue troubleshooting in the Web Push Settings.

Ensure that your website address is accurate on both the Inone and Web Push Settings pages. If not, the user will not receive your push notification.

## Check Web Push Settings

## Check Inone Settings

In [Inone settings](/v1/docs/inone-account-settings), click **your username,** then navigate to **Settings** > **Inone Settings** > **Account Settings**. Verify that your URL is correct in the Web & Social section.
