# Check the Web Push URL

If you [receive no Web Push notifications](/v1/docs/receiving-no-notifications), after checking the operating system and browser levels, check whether you have [enabled opt-in settings](/v1/docs/checking-opt-in-settings). Then, you can continue troubleshooting in the Web Push Settings.

Ensure that your website address is accurate on both the Inone and Web Push Settings pages. If not, the user will not receive your push notification.

## Check Web Push Settings

## Check Inone Settings

In [Inone settings](https://academy.useinsider.com/docs/inone-account-settings#web-social), click **your username,** then navigate to **Settings** > **Inone Settings** > **Account Settings**. Verify that your URL is correct in the Web & Social section.
