Campaign Options allow you to configure when to display your campaign to the eligible users.
You can reach the campaign options on the Edit campaign options step in the campaign creation flow.
Display In-App
You can display your app templates in two ways:
- When Session Starts: Display your campaign when the app is launched and Insider SDK is initialized.
- On Event Trigger: Display your campaign when the event that you select is triggered. You can also set the number of event triggers to wait for to display your campaign.
Activation Status
You can send your campaigns now, or send them as recurring campaigns. While Send Now sends your campaign to the users at that time, you can use the Send Recurring option to send your campaigns at specific days and times. With the recurring option, you do not need to manually deactivate and activate your campaigns at desired times.
Once you select the Send Recurring option, you can select your campaign recurrence as daily, weekly, or monthly.

You can leverage the Send Recurring option in various use cases. Some are as follows:
- Hourly Template Store Campaigns: You can create a Wheel of Fortune campaign that will be active on sale hours between 18:00 and 20:00 every day.
- Daily Template Store Campaigns: You can create a Black Friday In-App campaign that is to be displayed only on Fridays throughout the month.
- Weekly Template Store Campaigns: You can create a Scratch Coupon campaign that should be displayed on the 2nd week of the month during summer.
Campaign Duration
Once a specific date and time are selected for the campaign to start and end, the campaign will be live within that period. If no date range is selected, it will be live until it is deactivated.
Campaign Tags
You can add tags to your campaigns.

Display Options
Display options help you configure the delay duration, recurring display rule, priority, and frequency capping to show your in-app,

- Once per Session: Displays the InApp once in a session.
- Once per Event: Displays the InApp each time the event is triggered.
- Display Delay: Delays the trigger of the InApp after the display condition is met (up to 60 seconds).
- Priority: Allows you to prioritize InApp campaigns that have the same trigger settings (the lower the number, the higher the priority).
Conversion Durations
You can set a period of time during which the users who received your campaign will be included in View-Through or Click-Through Conversion.

Re-Eligibility Duration
Limits the number of times a user can see an InApp in a certain period.

For example, if you set the frequency capping duration of a campaign to 14 days, the same device will not be displayed the same campaign within these 14 days even if they meet the campaign conditions. This setting is on the campaign level and does not affect your other campaigns.
Campaign Goals
Campaign Goals are based on the events that are tagged during the integration. Selected goals can help you measure the success of your campaign.

You can also add parameter goals to your selected goals. For example, you can select the Confirmation Page View event and add the Name parameter to keep track of the purchases of the selected parameter.

InApp Prioritization
Inapp Prioritization helps you override global frequency settings. For further on configuration, refer to Global Frequency Setting.
Finished Coupon Behavior
You can change the default finished coupon list behavior which is finishing campaign. Refer to Coupon Management on App Templates for further information.

Webhook Callback
If you have coupon codes in your campaigns, you can also send the coupon data via webhook to yourself. Refer to Coupon Data on Mobile App for further information.

Once you configure your campaign options, you can proceed to review and launch your app template.
